I received a payout on a winning ticket but because the TB vs Bal game was postponed I only received part of my winnings. Does that mean when the game is rescheduled and I win do I get a full payout? Or is this it? Thanks for any info you may have for me.

Hi Dutch99,

While we're happy to answer everyone's inquiries, I'll just let you (and anyone who browses this post) know that there are three ways you can get some answers a little quicker:

1 - Post your questions in the Feedback and Support section of the Forum.
2 - You can refer to the Proline Rules and Regulations link from the betting page to see if the answers can be found there.
3 - Contact our excellent customer support team at 1-877-252-3287.

In the meantime, I'll gladly provide a reply regarding the postponed game.  In Proline R&R 3.16, it states:
Any Event, other than an Auto Racing or a Golf event, which is postponed (resulting in that Event being considered incomplete in accordance with the rules and regulations governing that sport), shall have an Odds value of 1.00 assigned to each of the outcomes.

Suspended Events which will involve a continuation of a game at a later date must be completed within 48hrs of the original start time to be scored, otherwise they get cancelled.  If an event is postponed outright, the odds get reverted to 1.00 (ie. cancelled) immediately.

Hope this helps.  I was glad to answer because these situations are most common in baseball season, so this won't be the last time rule 3.16 comes into play.

Thanks for the info.  I'm sure this will help others in the future, as well.

the answer to your questio is you add up the odds of the games you won and the multiple it by your bet. for example 3.30 x1.90 x1.80 x 1.75 x your bet =  ......hope this helps
